When will and update go out? There’s odd npc vanishing and the names of cities on the map are blocked out sometimes.

I am trying to evolve gligar into gliscor but i havent been able to despite leveling it up at night with the razor fang is there a reason for that? is my game bugged? or is it just because im in the part of the game where the weather is all wonky?
@Kris, I just used the Razor Fang on Gligar, and it leveled up, opposed to having it hold it while leveling up.
In kaptara islands, to get the tm earthquake from a university student, you need to catch all pokemon from east and west yet the university student was coded that skuntank and togedemaru are included when they can’t be caught on either side of kaptara islands
Also is the sheer force – life orb loophole on purpose orrrr??
is there any place where to find held items? im trying to level up my team with good held items for my team and all ive been doing recently is running around aimlessly looking for them. is there any documentation of where the held items are?
in two saves this has hap[pened now in latest v2.0 the berrys freeze after farmign liek 150-200 days worth of trees and then berrys just stop growing nomatter how much time i sleep. where dose one report bugs?
